That’s why we offer a gluten-free crust infused with flax seeds and brown rice that’s also free of trans fats, eggs, milk, lactose and cholesterol. When cooking our gluten-free pizzas, we follow strict guidelines to ensure purity and avoid cross-contamination. Please note that our gluten-free multigrain dough contains yeast. Carbone, pronounced [car-bone-eh] is the Italian word for charcoal. Our traditional dough, infused with activated charcoal giving it a signature black colour. Same great taste but lighter and airier texture that makes it easier to digest.
