The beef and pork we use are also Canadian raised and vegetable grain-fed. We're proud to be the first Canadian pizza company to take this initiative. Honestly, it's the best pepperoni we could make.

We believe bacon ‘topping’ or ‘crumble’ is an insult to the deliciousness of bacon cooked to chewy, crispy perfection. That’s why you'll only find real bacon strips on our pizzas -oh, and we only use the centre cut. *Due to supply issues brought about by COVID-19, we are temporarily adjusting our bacon to include bacon that is not guaranteed to be RWA. It’s perfectly seasoned boneless pork roast, slow-cooked to tender and savoury perfection. Less rich and spicy than a cured meat, porchetta still adds a burst of flavour to your pizza.
A Southern Italian specialty, hot soppressata is one of the most popular varieties of dry-cured salami. Its complex texture is rich in spice and bursting with flavour, making it a bolder alternative to pepperoni.

We source our beef from Canadian farms, and coat it generously with seasoning. Add ground beef to your pizza for a meaty kick of flavour and texture. Ground beef contains gluten.
These small, salty fish pack quite the punch for their size, so they’re often used to boost the flavour of several varieties of sauce. They’re also a tasty addition to pasta, salad dressing and your favourite pizza. Anchovies live in the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian oceans, but we import ours from beautiful Morocco.
