Herbed Olive Oil (White Pizza)
Our white sauce is an aromatic mixture of fine extra virgin olive oil plus a flavourful blend of traditional Italian herbs and spices.
Originating in the north of Italy, Genoa specifically, pesto sauce is as characteristically Italian as the tomato-based marinara. To make our pesto, we combine fragrant basil leaves, olive oil and parmigiano cheese and crush it finely into a creamy texture. It does not contain nuts.
Classic Tomato Sauce
The secret to our signature tomato sauce starts in the warm, sun-drenched fields of California where our tomatoes are vine-ripened to perfection. Then, within six hours of being picked, they’re washed and packed to seal in the freshness. It’s not the easiest way to source our tomatoes, but it’s the best. And you’ll taste the difference.
While BBQ sauce isn’t traditionally Italian, we find its bold, slightly spicy and smoky flavour pairs with our toppings in an unexpectedly complementary way.
