Our inspiration for this recipe comes from Nonna’s garden, where veggies bloom fresh and delicious and ready to eat. Meaty Portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers and tender sautéed spinach sit on top of an herbed olive oil and mozzarella base, and we sprinkle crumbly parmigiano as a finishing touch. It’s our way of bringing her garden to you.
